Delivery & Returns

We offer a number of delivery services as detailed below. For larger orders it will often be more efficient to organise a palletised delivery. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our sales team to organise this.

UK Mainland

Standard delivery to most UK addresses costs £11+ VAT. Please note that our couriers charge extra to orders over 20kg.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

Economy delivery to highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland addresses costs £18.00 + VAT. Please note that our couriers charge extra to orders over 30kg so orders are +£1 per kg over 30kg. 

Delivery time is between 3 - 5 working days.

Large items pallets delivery

Large orders needs to be palletised. Please note that our couriers charge depends on delivery postcode. Please contact us if you need palletised order delivery to Scottish highlands or offshore islands so we can arrange this.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer a wide range of options. Our delivery starts at just £8.95 + VAT.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days, and Express Delivery is typically next working day for most mainland UK addresses. Our premium delivery option lets you select you day including Saturday you would like for your delivery to give you maximum flexibility. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and elsewhere usually take longer than stated times.

At what time will my delivery arrive?
Our couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Next day delivery is available to most UK mainland’s addresses if your order is an in-stock item.

Do you offer free delivery?
No at the moment we don’t offer free delivery service but all orders can be collected from our warehouse free of charge.

How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we've dispatched your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you've chosen. We'll point you in the right direction of tracking the progress of your delivery too.

How will my order be dispatched?
From Monday - Thursday orders made before 2pm will be dispatched by the courier that same day and delivered on the next working day by the delivery option you chose during checkout. Orders made after the 12pm (GMT) cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day and once again, delivered by the option you chose. Orders made on Friday before 11 am will be dispatched the same day but delivered the following Monday. We don't dispatch or deliver on public holidays and some destinations may take just that little bit longer.

How can I track my order?
We'll email tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation. If you're a registered customer you can also find these details by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What will happen if I miss the scheduled delivery?
All deliveries will be made via courier service and a signature is needed. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address that will be able to do this. If you do miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card and try again the following working day using the same delivery option. The courier will do this on three consecutive working days unless they're told by you or a Customer Service team member to hold for a future delivery date or that you'll be collecting your gift from the depot instead. If you want to change the delivery address, just let our sales team know. If the courier has popped round three times to deliver your goods without any luck, the package will come back to us. If this happens, we'll charge you for any return and ask you to re-send any costs to us.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
No need to worry - if part or all of your order is damaged in transit, give our sales team a call on +44 (0) 113 265 0093, who are by the phones 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday or email sales@concept-data.com.

When will I know my order is ready for collection?
You will receive an email (and by text, to the mobile number provided to us during checkout) confirming that the goods are ready for collection.

Do I need to bring anything with me in order to collect my goods?
You will need to bring the following when collecting your order: Proof of purchase - email or text message as well as Identification
